Here is what you could expect from the sessions:
Our emotions can enhance our lived experience. They can also make a sunny day dark and cold. Even when we create, we are always creating an emotion. We look for it food, work, relationships and more. We are running after a certain emotion.
Emotional guidance sessions are here to partner with you in working with your emotions in creating a life you dream of.
Here is what we’d look at each week:
What emotion did you avoid this week?
Most people here might answer ‘no I didn’t avoid anything’. Just to be certain of that answer, we’d look at any compulsive or addictive behaviour you got involved in. e.g scrolling on social media more than you planned, a coffee cup even though you’ve made the decision coffee doesn’t like you .. anything.
What emotion did you suppress?
Again here, you might not have the answer but the body will tell us. What discomfort did you feel in your body? Was there any sickness? This would give us an idea of the emotion you decided to press down.
What emotion did you desert?
This is usually passion or joy or ecstasy. We love deserting these as we risk being in pain by being that passionate. How would you know what you deserted? Deserted projects or plans. Procrastination. Lack of time. Lack of money from the project. Lack of desire to continue. Somewhere you’d have deserted your true desire maybe because it felt so out of reach or even unpractical.
The sessions would be on text as I’m travelling. Once a week at a day that suits you.
